If you work in our Bars, you'll be at the heart of our members’ experience whilst at LUU.

The Bars and Venues department has an opportunity for a number of Bar Supervisors to join our team, based within Terrace or Old Bar.

Old Bar and Terrace Bar Supervisors are contracted to work 12 hours per week.

What we're looking for

Our ideal candidates will be a team players with an enthusiastic approach to their duties, whilst encouraging self-development and achieving high levels of customer service. Applicants must have 12 months bar experience. Other skills we're looking for include cash handling experience, good product knowledge, excellent personnel management skills, exemplary customer service standards, strong leadership qualities and a desire to excel in all areas of the business.

Bar Supervisor Application Pack

Please note, if you are successful, you will be required to attend a mandatory induction day. This is currently proposed to take place during the w/c 22 April 2024. If successful, we will confirm your induction day when you receive your offer of employment.

Additionally, you will be required to work the Leeds Ball which is due to take place on Saturday 8 June 2024.

We recruit using a talent pool system which means we continually recruit for these type of roles throughout the year. Successful individuals to oversubscribed areas may remain in the talent pool for up to 6 months.
