• Old Bar Catering Supervisors are contracted to 12 hours per week. 
• Terrace Catering Supervisors are contracted to 10 hours per week.

About the role

As a Catering Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our catering operations. Working closely with the Chefs and Bar team, you’ll help deliver high-quality, well-presented meals in a clean, safe, and customer-focused environment. You’ll lead by example; supporting, supervising, and training staff to ensure top service standards. This is a hands-on role that involves food preparation, stock control, and upholding health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

About you

Our ideal candidates will be team players with an enthusiastic approach to their duties, whilst encouraging self-development and achieving high levels of customer service. Applicants must be current members of staff and have at least 12 months catering experience. Other skills we're looking for include cash handling experience, good product knowledge, excellent personal management skills, exemplary customer service standards, strong leadership qualities and a desire to excel in all areas of the business.
