Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering large-scale events and entertainment programmes.
- Booking and liaising with artists, promoters, suppliers and external partners.
- Working closely with colleagues across Hospitality, Marketing, Security and Venues teams.

- Leading event operations, including regular evening and weekend working during key events and busy periods.
What we're looking for
We're looking for someone who combines creativity with excellent organisation and attention to detail.
You'll ideally have:
- Experience working in events, entertainment, hospitality or a similar environment.
- Experience planning and delivering successful events.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects at once.
- Confidence working with a range of stakeholders, including students, colleagues and external partners.
- Experience managing budgets or working towards financial targets.
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.
- A genuine interest in student culture, trends and creating memorable experiences.
This is an exciting opportunity to shape some of the biggest and most popular events on campus. You'll be joining a friendly, ambitious team that is passionate about creating experiences that bring students together and make a real impact on their university journey.
If you're enthusiastic, creative, highly organised and ready to take the lead on a diverse programme of events, we'd love to hear from you.
