About the role

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our cleaning team in a busy and vibrant University Union building. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a vital role in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

As part of our team, you’ll take pride in maintaining high standards across the building, ensuring all areas are clean, safe, and ready for daily use. You’ll be someone who naturally goes the extra mile, helping to create the best possible experience for everyone who uses the space.

What We’re Looking For

• A proactive and positive approach, with a willingness to take initiative
• Proven, hands-on cleaning experience (essential)
• A strong understanding of health and safety, with a disciplined approach to safe working practices
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team
• A commitment to maintaining high standards and continuously improving the service

Please note that this role involves carrying out cleaning duties in areas where alcohol is served.
