Full time: 36.5 hours per week. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm (for example, 8:00am to 4:15pm). Flexibility is required, as occasional weekend and out-of-hours work may be necessary to support business requirements.

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our highly committed and passionate Joblink Team as our Joblink Lead. In this role you will play a key role in Leeds University Union leading the Joblink business. In addition you will coach, support and manage a team, manage clients and strive for continuous improvement in the service delivery to all. You will have strong people skills and a passion for customer service, a team player with an eye for detail, and strong time and people management skills.
