Full time: 36.5 hours per week. This role operates Monday to Friday, with shifts scheduled between 8:00am and 6:00pm (for example, 8:00am to 4:15pm). Flexibility is required, as occasional weekend and out-of-hours work may be necessary to support business requirements.

Joblink is LUU's successful student recruitment and employment service. Acting as both a recruitment agency and student employment provider, we connect hundreds of students each week with flexible, paid work opportunities across Leeds and beyond.

We work closely with a wide range of employers, helping them attract talented student candidates while supporting students to earn while they learn, develop workplace skills, and enhance their university experience.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone from a recruitment, talent acquisition, business development, account management, or customer relationship background.

As Joblink Lead, you will take ownership of the service's commercial performance, employer partnerships, and operational delivery. You'll lead and develop a dedicated team, build relationships with new and existing clients, and identify opportunities to expand our reach and impact.

We're looking for someone who:

• Has experience in recruitment, agency management, talent acquisition, business development, account management, or a similar client-facing environment.

• Enjoys building and maintaining strong relationships with employers and stakeholders.

• Has a track record of delivering excellent customer service and achieving results.

• Can lead, motivate, coach, and develop a team.

• Has strong organisational skills and can effectively manage multiple priorities.

• Is commercially aware and continuously looks for opportunities to improve services and grow partnerships.

• Is passionate about creating opportunities for others and making a positive difference.
