We’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Leadership Support Coordinator to provide essential administrative and operational support to our CEO and Senior Leadership Team. In this dynamic role, you’ll help drive the strategic agenda of Leeds University Union (LUU), ensuring the CEO’s time is focused on delivering our mission and vision.
From managing complex diaries and coordinating key meetings to liaising with Trustees and external stakeholders, you’ll play a critical part in the smooth running of the CEO’s office. If you thrive on variety, collaboration, and making things happen, this is the perfect opportunity for you.
About You:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting senior leadership.
- Skilled in managing busy calendars, arranging travel, and coordinating events.
- Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
- Strong communication skills and outstanding attention to detail.
- Confident working independently and collaborating across all levels.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO, managing their schedule and prioritising tasks.
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is always fully briefed.
- Support the development and delivery of LUU’s strategic projects and initiatives.
- Build effective relationships with senior leadership, Trustees, staff, and external stakeholders.
- Contribute to a positive, high-performance culture by delivering excellent administrative support.
- Handle sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
- Foster LUU’s inclusive, student-led culture through your work and interactions.
