We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead the team at Old Bar, our much-loved traditional pub at the heart of Leeds University Union.

Old bar is our fun, traditional pub whose USP is live sport, cask & craft beers and homemade pub food. You will play a key role in supporting and delivering the daily operations within this outlet and occasionally supporting the teams in our other bars & venues.

You’ll be ensuring that standards are maintained and financial targets achieved, whilst effectively leading and developing the team of staff that you work with. You’ll also be supporting the operations manager in the development of a dynamic and stimulating experience as our team evolves and continues to grow.
