About the role

We are looking for someone who is ready to take the next step in their hospitality journey to join our Old Bar Supervisor team.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and interpersonal skills who can confidently inspire and motivate a team. You will be responsible for ensuring effective running of a shift; delegating tasks to bar assistants, ensuring stock is correctly managed, and working with the management team to enhance and improve our employee and customer experiences.

Old Bar Supervisor Application Pack
