Full time - 36.5 hours per week, to be worked between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday (some weekend work may be required to support business activity)

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for a motivated individual to join our highly committed and passionate Joblink Team as our Joblink Recruitment Lead*. In this role you will play a key role in Leeds University Union leading the Joblink business. In addition you will coach, support and manage a team, manage clients and strive for continuous improvement in the service delivery to all. You will have strong people skills and a passion for customer service, a team player with an eye for detail, and strong time and people management skills

Joblink is a recruitment agency that employs 100’s of students per week working within Leeds and further afield. We operate a website dedicated to student jobs, and the Joblink team attends many in-person events to promote the service and create exposure. We also organise events for employers to visit the University of Leeds campus and engage directly with our students.
