Leeds University Union (LUU) runs two busy, exciting retail units, Gear & Union Shop within its lively and vibrant building on the University Of Leeds campus. Gear is our branded clothing & merchandise store, and Union Shop is our go to store for all stationery needs, along with greetings cards and gifts.
What we're looking for
We are looking for a full time Team Leader to work alongside the management team across both stores. This could be an exciting role for someone who is looking for their next first step into a leadership role or an experienced Team Leader.
The successful candidate will love working with a diverse and engaged team. They will be a people person who thrives in a busy environment, delivering exceptional customer service and retail standards and managing a team in the absence of the Manager or Assistant Manager.
