About the role:
We are looking for a full-time Retail Team Supervisor to work within our LUU Co-op franchise. Assisting the other Retail Team Supervisors & the Assistant Store Manager in a customer-focused environment, you will be passionate about working to high standards and delivering consistently great customer service whilst leading the team.
You will utilise your communication skills and gain first-hand experience in working alongside a team of student and full-time staff. You will get to enjoy a mix of operational shifts; as well as developing your skills and understanding of Co-op & LUU operational practices, including, stock takes, stock management control processes, retail standards & customer service.
