What we're looking for?

LUU is home to two vibrant and much‑loved retail spaces: Gear, our branded clothing and merchandise store, and Union Shop, the go‑to spot for stationery, gifts and everyday student essentials. We’re looking for a full‑time Retail Team Supervisor to support our management team across both stores.

The successful candidate will love working with a diverse and engaged team. In this role, you’ll thrive in a busy, customer‑focused environment and work with a diverse, engaged team. We’re looking for someone who delivers exceptional service, maintains high retail and operational standards, and brings strong commercial awareness with an eye on the latest trends in the student market.

You’ll also have the autonomy to contribute ideas and shape improvements to enhance the customer experience, making this a great opportunity to build valuable skills and grow your career. Supervisory experience is helpful, but a passion for people, retail and problem‑solving matters most.
