About the role:

We are looking for customer-focused and professional individuals to join our Security team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and positive environment for our members, visitors, and staff.

At LUU, we believe security is about more than keeping people safe—it’s about delivering an outstanding customer experience. From the moment someone arrives at our building until they leave, our Security team helps ensure every interaction is friendly, professional, and supportive.

As a Security Coordinator, you will assist in maintaining the safety and security of our staff, customers, and premises, while also supporting the day-to-day operation and upkeep of the building. You will be expected to take a proactive approach to customer service, conflict resolution, and incident management.

During evening shifts, you will take responsibility for overseeing a variety of events, including our popular Friday night Fruity club night, live music performances, and other activities across our venues. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment where no two shifts are the same.

• Be able to remain calm and make effective decisions under pressure.

• Hold a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence.
