Are you looking to develop your professional skills and support students in University of Leeds Halls of Residences? Are you motivated by developing fun events and supporting students to learn, develop, and have fun?
We're looking for a Student Events and Programmes Coordinator (Residences) to work within the Student Programmes and Events team, working at Leeds University Union to support the University of Leeds Residence Life Team to plan and deliver a curated programme of diverse and inclusive events for Halls of Residence students as specified by Residence Life. The events will reflect Residence life's key event drivers - social, experiential and learning whilst linking well with Leeds University’s Values of Empowering, Inclusive and Fun.

What we're looking for

You'll need to be enthusiastic and proactive to plan and deliver a diverse programme of events for students living in halls. You’ll be confident working with multiple stakeholders, passionate about student engagement, and skilled at turning ideas into well‑delivered events. You'll also have excellent communication and teamwork skills. If you’re organised, people‑focused and committed to inclusive delivery, we’d love to hear from you.
