About the Role

We're looking for a new Terrace Bar Co-Ordinator to support the day to day operation of our bar and hospitality services. This role supports the management team in delivering excellent customer service while helping achieve sales and profitability targets.

The successful candidate will supervise staff during service, support team development, and ensure that operational, financial, and compliance standards are consistently maintained. You will lead by example, help motivate the team, and contribute to creating a safe, welcoming, and enjoyable environment for LUU members and visitors.

What we're looking for

  • Experience working in a hospitality or bar environment
  • Experience supervising or coordinating staff during service
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to motivate a team
  • Good organisational skills with the ability to manage rotas and operational tasks
  • Ability to maintain high standards in a busy environment
  • Understanding of health, safety, and licensing requirements in hospitality
