We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead the team at Terrace, our much-loved vibrant & award winning bar at the heart of Leeds University Union.

Are you passionate about great pubs, great people, and creating unforgettable experiences? Leeds University Union’s Terrace Bar is on the lookout for a driven, enthusiastic Bar Manager to lead the charge.

Terrace is our fun, vibrant, award winning bar whose USP is cocktails, draught beer and on trend products served in style. Our large beer garden is big attraction for our customers. You will play a key role in supporting and delivering the daily operations within one of these outlets.

As our Terrace Bar Manager, you’ll:

• Lead and inspire a buzzing team of bar stars
• Drive great service, great sales, and great memories
• Keep operations smooth, standards high, and spirits even higher
• Play a key role in one of Leeds’ most iconic student venues

You’ll be ensuring that standards are maintained and financial targets achieved, whilst effectively leading and developing the team of staff that you work with. You’ll also be supporting the operations manager in the development of a dynamic and stimulating experience as our team evolves and continues to grow.

We’re looking for someone who loves people, and knows their way around a busy bar and a P&L sheet. If you’re as comfortable pulling a pint as you are leading a team, this could be your perfect next move.
