About the Role 

We're looking for a new Venues Bar Co-Ordinator in Venues, our nightclub and gig spaces as well as outside seasonal bars. Our USP is high volume of sales within a fun and safe space for both staff and customers. You will experience a range of bar operational manager shifts for a multitude of events held in the union throughout the year such as Fruity and Leeds Ball. 

What we're looking for  

You'll need to be passionate about great customer service, used to working to the highest standards in late night venues and always looking out for the next trend. You'll have excellent communication, leadership and teamwork skills, as well as the ability to effectively motivate and develop your team.
