What we're looking for

We’re looking for five passionate and proactive students to become Women’s and Non-Binary Sport Participation Activators — helping to make Leeds Sport more inclusive, empowering and accessible for all.

In this role, you’ll lead a project tackling key issues in university sport, focusing on one of the following areas:
🏅 Coaching and workforce development
🤝 Inclusion and transgender participation
📈 Recruitment and retention
💰 Funding
🌟 Leadership development

You’ll work with students, Leeds Sport, and LUU to identify barriers, develop solutions, and create a lasting legacy for women and non-binary athletes at Leeds.

We’re looking for creative communicators and inclusive leaders who care about sport, equality, and making a difference — no matter your background or experience.
