What we're looking for
This role is based in Venues Bars, where you will experience a range of shifts from gigs, themed clubnights such as Fruity, and a multitude of other events in the union. The majority of shifts are evening shifts – so if you are a night owl, this may be the role for you!
Venues Bar Supervisors are contracted to work 8 hours per week.
Our ideal candidates will be team players with an enthusiastic approach to their duties, whilst encouraging self-development and achieving high levels of customer service. Applicants must have 12 months of bar experience. Other skills we're looking for include cash handling experience, good product knowledge, excellent personal management skills, exemplary customer service standards, strong leadership qualities and a desire to excel in all areas of the business.
There are fantastic opportunities to develop your skills through in-house and external training courses, allowing good future career prospects.

Gigs and Nightclub Supervisor Application Pack
Please note, if you are successful, you will be required to attend a mandatory in-person induction day. You will need to be available for the entire day in order to start in this role. This is currently scheduled to take place on Thursday 24 April 2025. If successful, we will confirm your induction day when you receive your offer of employment.
Successful candidates will additionally be required to be available to work Leeds Ball which is due to take place on Saturday 7 June 2025 with an earliest start time of 4:00pm and latest finish time of 5:00am
