What we're looking for

You must be able to work as part of a team and have a passion for delivering a customer focused service on a broad range of queries from information to signposting and general support on a range of queries. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills and have the ability to manage and prioritise varying work demands and must have a flexible approach to the delivery of the service.
